Since Pro Pages is considered a SaaS product, we'll try very hard to not waste your time with a ton of legal mumbo jumbo.
Simply put, Pro Pages is a subscription as a service billed monthly with no contract. It automatically renews each month. Agent Refined will NEVER raise your monthly pricing - ever!
There are absolutely no hidden fees. However, there is a one-time setup fee and any add-ons you select increase this one-time cost. These fees are not refundable.
Agent Refined is not responsible for any issues third-party applications might cause on your Pro Page. i.e. If your Pro Page requires a third-party application to be installed, or you request a third-party form to be installed, we are not liable or responsible for any security breeches or down-time caused by the third-party. If repairs or upgrades need to be made to your site to rememdy any issue, those repairs and upgrades will be billed at our hourly support rate.
* Some third-party applications might require you to have a separate billing agreement from us (i.e. intercom, mailchimp, gsuite).
Agent Refined reserves the right to terminate the agreement and discontinue services, branding design, website development, or any marketing efforts at any time. In the event of termination, we will refund only the current month's recurring. We will not refund any completed months or any of the setup or add-on fees. We will not continue charging or require any future payments from you.
Some reasons for termination:
You're thinking, "what's the catch" right? There really isn't one! But our 72-hour launch clock does come with some conditions. Pro Pages is largely a sevice we provide, but initially, we will require your cooperation. You'll be directed to a form (right after you checkout) requiring you to answer questions and submit some content. We will not start the 72-hour launch clock until we've received everything we need from you. Also, the 72-hour clock does not run on weekends! So if you checkout and deliver your content on a Friday at 5pm EST, we won't start the clock till the following Monday at 9am EST.
Agent Refined reserves the right to all source code and source design files generated on your behalf. We reserve the right to display them in our portfolio and on award websites (should anything we design or develop for you win an award). All Pro Pages are based on our core themes and we reserve the right to reuse any and all code in other projects. Our codebase remains our own. The Pro Page codebase may not be shared or distributed to any competitor firm or agency. You own web visibility and print rights to all the products created. Like all SaaS products, you only own your website content, not the code or theme design your site is based on. You do not own the code generated, nor does any third-party or other agency you might work with. Our aim is always to retain your business and continue being "your web guys", but if for whatever reason that cannot happen, you can take your content with you (blog posts, messaging and copy, print files from a branding refresh, but not our theme designs or code. Again, you (or any third party) are not authorized to alter, copy, clone, or redistribute our codebase. Our codebase is imprinted with a digital signature and license - any attempt to claim ownership of it by you or another agency will be met with legal action. No third-party agencies or marketers will have access to your website's source code.
